   * Wherever mobile homes, manufactured home courts, & manufactured homes are referred to as permitted uses, such uses shall be permitted, provided said uses are located no closer than five hundred (500) feet from any inhabited dwelling
     located in a residential use district.  Site plan review is required for all manufactured home courts.
  ** Multiple dwellings shall be permitted, subject to the controls & regulations set forth for the specific district in which it is located, & Section 5.07 of "Supplemental Regulations".
 *** An auto-related service use, an eating or drinking establishment, or a fast-food or drive-in restaurant shall not be located closer than five hundred (500) feet to any lot line of a school, hospital, or public institution for human
     care, or to an inhabited residence located within a residential use district.

*****Light manufacturing may include, but shall not be limited to, garages for auto repair, machine shops, welding & fabrication shops, truck & tractor repair uses, woodworking shops, oil/gas field services, sawmills, water well drilling uses,
     trucking uses, and facilities for excavating, electrical or construction contractors.   This will also include the uses as defined in Section 4.08.B.3
